Concrete Driveways

Most residential driveways take one to three days on site depending on size and whether we're tearing out an old slab. After the pour, plan on staying off it with foot traffic for about 24 hours and keeping vehicles off for roughly seven days while it cures.

If you have isolated cracks or surface wear, resurfacing or repair is often enough. Once you see widespread cracking, sinking sections, or a failing base, a full tear-out and re-pour is the longer-lasting fix. We'll tell you honestly which one your driveway needs.

For standard residential vehicles we typically pour four inches over a properly compacted base, and we go thicker where heavier vehicles or trucks are parked. Good base prep matters as much as thickness for preventing early cracking.
